1. What is a Recruitment Agency?

Recruitment Agencies provide a service to Employers to provide a suitable candidate for a vacant position.

2. What can a Recruitment Agency do for you?

The recruitment process involves sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, matching candidates with clients (both in terms of the work culture and the specific requirements of the position) and finally selecting suitable candidates for a job vacancy. The agency will then facilitate an interview with the Employer seeking to fill the position. The agency will remain the point of contact between the Employer and the candidates put forward for the position.

3. I haven't use an agency before, how can Riada help?

Permanent recruitment is based on a introduction fee. Our efforts to source suitable candidates is free - you only pay when a suitable candidate has been placed in your company and on your payroll. No placement, No fee.
Temporary recruitment is charged only for the hours worked by the candidate. It offers flexibility to your company to fulfill peak times. Riada also take care of all their payroll including Pension Contributions, Employers National Insurance and Holiday Pay.
