National Trust is a charity to preserve our nation's heritage and open spaces for everyone to enjoy. In Northern Ireland they help the legendary basalt columns of the Giant's Causeway to the haunting Fermanagh lake land.

HR Manager contacted Riada help to recruit for the busy tourist season ahead across all the North Coast sites of Northern Ireland. Sites include Hotels, Tearooms, Beaches, Museums and a World Heritage Site
We listen to HR Manager and the Site Managers’ requirements at discussions and site visits
We listen to establish seasonal recruitment timelines, Job descriptions, Personal specifications and interview questions
We listen and agree on a recruitment process to deliver a high number of suitably available workers throughout the season
THE PROCESS - WE SEARCH
We search the Riada database to match candidates to the Customer Service and Visitor Experience positions
We run a strict and continuous recruitment campaign, based on availability, suitability and personality
We refine our search with recruitment processes, telephone interviews and organised interviews with the Site Managers to find the best fit candidates for the job
THE RESULT - WE DELIVER
Riada’s experienced Recruitment team now work closely with each of The National Trust sites on a daily basis
We deliver a pool of suitable candidates including meeting the demands of the additional busy holiday periods
Site visits, Payroll of all temporary workers and Regular reviews
