Permanent recruitment is based on a introduction fee - you incur a cost only when a suitable candidate has been appointed by you.
Temporary recruitment offers flexibility at short notice to cover staff absence, holidays, maternity & paternity leave and peak operational times to suit your operational requirements. We charge an hourly rate which includes all payroll processing and legislative costs.
