QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Riada Resourcing strives to be the best provider of recruitment services in the industry. Through the use of these guiding principles, everyone in Riada Resourcing is accountable for fully satisfying our clients by meeting or exceeding their needs and expectations with solutions and services. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time.

We aim to continually improve and enhance the service we provide to meet our clients' requirements by implementing a management system that complies with the international standard of good practice BS EN ISO 9001. It also includes a commitment to meet the requirements of our clients, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. The continual improvement oƒf the system will help to ensure it remains effective.

Only by providing outstanding service and product quality will we achieve our aims of long term success and sustained improvements.

All personnel within the company are responsible for the quality of their work. The company provides training and has established systems to assist all personnel to achieve the standards required.

The policy, organisation and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in our Quality Management System.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

Riada Resourcing is a small company that specialises in recruitment, selection and personnel services within Northern Ireland, predominantly within the North East and North West.  We are a support to local industry and provide professional staffing solutions for both candidates and clients.

 

Riada Resourcing accepts an obligation to comply with all relevant legislation and minimise its impact on the environment. In order to do this, we have implemented an environmental management system that focuses on

 

  • Minimising waste production as far as is practicable, to reuse or recycle waste where appropriate

  • Maximising efficient use of natural resources

  • Making efficient and environmentally responsible use of energy and water

  • Preventing pollution

  • Minimising the impact of transport on the environment arising from use of vehicles

  • Maintaining the Company’s assets in an environmentally sensitive way

  • Minimising the adverse environmental impact of the decommissioning and disposal of Company assets

  • Promoting sound environmental management policies and practices within the Company

  • Communicating to staff and available to interested parties and communicated on request

  • Raising awareness of staff and temporary employees of the Company’s environmental impact, activities and performance and to promote individual good practice

  • Complying with the requirements of relevant legislation

The main responsibility for implementation of this policy lies with The Directors.

 

Regular checks and reviews are carried out to ensure the environmental management system remains effective.

 

Committed to continual improvement of the environmental system to enhance environmental performance, with the support and involvement of all employees and any other interested parties.

 

Whilst the Company accepts the main responsibility for implementation of this policy, individuals have a very important role in cooperating with those responsible for safeguarding the environment.  Individuals are required to abide by rules and requirements made under the authority of this policy.
