Riada have been an IIP accredited organisation for over 10 years, first recognised as Investors in People in November 2008; A decade on and we have been awarded Gold twice! Having been successfully accredited against the Version 5 Standard at Gold level in June 2015 through an insights assessment, using the Investors in People Sixth-Generation Standard in August 2018, Riada was again congratulated on maintaining GOLD accreditation.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively. This year IIP have updated their branding to emphasise the fact that companies with Gold status really do create an environment where their employees can grow, achieve personal & collective success daily and work towards the same goal, investing in people.
