Run Mucker Run - Riada's team challenge
On Saturday 28th April 2018, nineteen Riada employees are braving the elements to compete in Run Mucker Run, North Coasts relentless 5k & 10k obstacle course.
Some training hard in preparation and others relying entirely on self belief.
The course includes over 25 gruelling man-made and natural obstacles will test their bodies to breaking point, challenging their strength, perseverance, teamwork and will power.
Why do a mud run?
For fun and to encourage team-work and camaraderie among the team but more importantly fundraising for Cuan Mhuire!
Cuan Mhuire is Ireland’s largest voluntary provider of Addiction Treatment Services and Residential Rehabilitation. It’s main objective is the rehabilitation of persons suffering from alcohol, drug and gambling addictions. The Cuan Mhuire Programme is based on the philosophy of total abstinence and strives to restore the confidence, self-respect and sense of responsibility of all participants.
