So, what's the plan?
We are placing 20-30 new workers every week. Working closely with our clients and becoming their recruitment department, allows Riada to set up a recruitment plan to make the process as smooth as possible.
TIP - If you are required to hire a large amount of staff over a short period, this staggered start date approach is a great way to gradually grow your staffing levels and coordinate the appropriate training. Recruitment planning is key.
