Lucie registered with Riada in September 2019. Her previous part time jobs had came to an end and she was keen to gain flexible work in the local North Coast area. With experience in a variety of different industries including Care & Retail, Lucie was now looking for a position with an immediate start.
Our hospitality team met Lucie on Wednesday 18th September to discuss her CV, skills and experience, taking the time to get to know her preferences and the types of roles that would take precedence over others. 2 days after her initial registration, Riada were able to provide Lucie with an immediate, temporary Food Service Assistant role for one month with a leading catering company. Shortly after this, Lucie gained a more long term position with another client of ours, a leading hospitality venue.
With flexibility in the working hours, coupled with a sociable working environment, Lucie is now excelling in her new role and continues to develop her communication, customer service and hospitality skills.
