Founded in 2005, specialist areas include managing payroll processes for small to medium-sized companies as well as organising Time & Attendance and HR tracking for employees working both locally and remotely. It's current clients include McDonald’s, Boojum, Decora Blinds and UFC.
Payescape approached Riada in 2014 wanting to find out how Riada could deliver on their staffing needs. The office services team met with Payescape to understand the business needs, number of roles required, the ideal candidate profile and when these objectives had to be fulfilled. Initially, the business was looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk, so Riada got straight to work… less than 3 weeks later Riada had secured the ideal person for the job.
Following on from this early success, Payescape has continued to recruit through Riada. 2020 was a momentous year for Payescape, with a £1m investment creating 20 new jobs at their headquarters in Ballymoney, Co Antrim. The new jobs included positions across their Customer Service, IT, Implementation and Sales divisions. Riada successfully sourced talent to fulfil half of these positions, delivering skilled Payroll Administrators, IT Developers and HR administrators over a 10 month period.
