TriEX Limited was founded in 2018 by managing Director Mark McGillion. After working in the Electrical Sector of the Utilities and Construction industry for over 6 years, he decided to establish TriEX a few weeks after turning 24, recognising the need for a service that specialised in the Project Management, Installation and Delivery of all types of Construction and Utility Projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
Their successful business model is based on their team of skilled individuals who have the ability to take a project from planning stages through to completion at an exceptionally high standard, resulting in the company operating across the UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe.
Establishing valuable local connections is something Mark recognises as key to growth coming into 2020 and so got in touch with Riada Resourcing in June 2019, initially looking for a Quantity Surveyor with an electrical background to help develop and manage multiple projects in Northern Ireland. Our specialist Riada Engineering team arranged a meeting with Mark to discuss company requirements, ideal candidate profile and when these requirements need to be filled, helping us to get a real understanding and feel for TriEx and the needs of the company.
Riada are now in partnership with TriEx, providing a bespoke recruitment campaign which includes sourcing talent within the Construction, Civil & Electrical Engineering industries, all of which will contribute and deliver company growth in the year ahead.
