Gelu moved to Northern Ireland in 2015 seeking new opportunities that allowed him take full advantage of his skilled welding background. Having discovered Riada Resourcing through our website, he got in contact with our engineering specialists in Ballymena.
As Gelu had good welding experience and achieved qualifications back in 2010, our team were able to quickly find him a temporary ongoing placement within Metallix Ltd as a MIG Welder.
Gelu really enjoyed his time at Metallix and despite leaving the company to start a permanent contract in another company in March 2016, he emphasied to the Riada team how he would love to return to Metallix if another opportunity should come up. Riada listened to Gelu, kept in touch with him and sure enough, a year later in May 2017 we were able to source him another temporary ongoing placement with Metallix.
Gelu has now accepted a permanent contract with Metallix - all his hard work had paid off and the team are delighted to be able to help him along the way and deliver that job he really wanted. We were even more thrilled to receive the email below.
