Business Development Manager Office Services Division
Since joining the Riada team in January 2015, I have become the Business Manager of the Riada Office division, working with Recruitment Specialists within HR, Accountancy and Office Support. I am excited to work with my team and all the Riada recruiters to really drive the business forward by developing relationships with existing clients as well as forging relationships with new organisations.
Let's get to know you...
After graduating, I moved to Kent where I joined a large recruitment agency as a Trainee. I worked there for 11 years, specialising in Accountancy & Finance recruitment at first and then progressed to Business Manager within the agency. I eventually relocated back to Dungiven and transferred to their Belfast office. It has proved to be a highly worthwhile career with endless boundaries where I have been able to combine my people skills alongside working in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Something you think potential clients may not know about Riada?
Riada really do positively challenge all employees to get out of our comfort zones with regular team building outings like cliff jumping, coasteering and hover crafting! It’s a fun, energetic place to work!
One quote or piece of advice you would give to companies who have never used a recruitment agency?
Time will be saved - the entire recruitment process for any company is rarely a quick one, especially with in demand roles. A professional recruitment agency can take away the stress by screening CV’s, providing full candidate communication and initial interviews, only providing you with the most suitable candidates that fit your requirements.
